Cynthia A. Watson Has Been Professor Of Strategy At The National War College Since 1992, Serving As A Core Course Director, Associate Dean Of Faculty And Curriculum, Director Of Faculty Development, And Director Of Electives. She Earned A Master's Degree From The London School Of Economics And A Doctorate From The University Of Notre Dame.
