William King
In 1985 William King Joined Mccormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurant In Portland, Oregon. He Was Named Executive Chef Within The Year. Today He Is Vice President Of Culinary Development And Training For The Over 75 Restaurants By By The Well-Respected Restaurant Group. He Has Also Authored Two Previous Cookbooks For The Restaurnat Group. Bill Is Also The Recipient Of Three Gold And Three Sliver Medals From The American Culinary Federation.
