Gerry Lafemina
Gerry Lafemina Teaches At Frostburg State University Where He Directs The Frostburg Center For Creative Writing. The Former Lead Singer Of A New York Punk Band, Lafemina Has Worked As A Street Messenger, Bouncer, Office Manager, And A College Instructor At A Variety Of Colleges And Universities. His Books Include Graffiti Heart (Winner Of The Anthony Piccione/ Mammoth Books Prize In Poetry), The Window Facing Winter, And The Parakeets Of Brooklyn (Winner Of The Bordighera Poetry Prize And Published In A Bilingual Edition Of English And Italian).
