(19112005) Margaret Hodges Was Born In Indianapolis, Indiana. She Graduated From Vassar College With Honors And Received A Masters In Library Science From The Carnegie Institute Of Technology. After Working As A Childrens Librarian, She Was A Professor At The Graduate School Of Library And Information Sciences Of The University Of Pittsburgh. Margaret Wrote Numerous Award-Winning Books For Children. A Majority Of Her Work Is Inspired From Folktales And Historical Figures.

Trina Schart Hyman

The Late Trina Schart Hyman Illustrated Dozens Of Books And Became One Of The Most Respected Artists In The Field Of Children's Literature. She Was Awarded The Caldecott Medal In 1985 For St. George And The Dragon
